Filipino boxing icon Manny “Pac Man” Pacquiao (54-5-2), after a horrific KO loss against Juan Manuel Marquez on December of 2012, looks to get back to his winning ways when he face one of the most exciting fighters in boxing today, Brandon “Bam-Bam” Rios (31-1-1) on November 23, at the Cotai Arena, Venetian Resort, Macao. The bout will take place at 147 lbs.
The bout was officially announced by the Top Rank CEO himself, Bob Arum today.
This is going to be an exciting fight as two boxers loves to scrap and give the fans a hell of a show. Rios is a pressure fighter who throws heavy punches from the inside. The Mexican Rios is a fighter who is going to break your will and annihilate you in your own game. After his recent setback against Mike Alvarado couple of months ago, Rios looks for a major comeback against one of the biggest names in boxing today, Manny Pacquiao.
Meanwhile, the former welterweight champ Pacquiao is an intelligent fighter who loves to throw punches from different angle. He also likes to utilize his speed, footwork and super heavy left hand. Pacquiao is extra motivated to win this fight as he is coming off a 2-fight losing skid. He promised his countrymen that he will comeback strong and won’t disappoint them on November 23 against the very talented Rios.
