Filipino MMA sensation Eric “The Natural” Kelly has no intentions on giving up his unblemished record against former UFC lightweight champion, Jens Pulver on August 31st in Manila.
Kelly has been very effective in all his fights since he started his pro career back in 2009. He won six of his seven wins via submission (rear naked choke) and he recently defeated the no. 2 ranked featherweight fighter of South Korea, Bae Young Kwon at ONE FC 4 – Destiny of Warriors via unanimous decision.
Kelly is clearly on a tear right now and he believes that no one will stop him from his dream on becoming the best featherweight fighter in the world and the first homegrown Filipino fighter to ever enter the UFC.
Eric is not looking past Jens Pulver; in fact, Che Ro, Eric’s manager told us that he will send his fighter to train in Thailand and Macau in preparation for the most important fight of Eric’s MMA career.
“We’ll make sure that Eric is hundred percent ready for his biggest challenge to date.” Chef Ro added.
Kelly’s camp knew that Pulver is still a dangerous fighter who got a serious power on both of his hands that can knock anyone out in any second. That’s why they will put his training to a whole new level.
I think we will surely see a stronger and more technical Eric Kelly on August 31st against Jens Pulver. This is going to be a good one!
