Everyone is thrilled for the upcoming URCC 21: WARPATH, simply because the fight card is stacked with very exciting fights and very promising MMA prospects. In my opinion, this card is one of the best fight cards in URCC history.
The very agile Alvin Ramirez will once again prove that he is still capable to get the belt from the current pinweight champion, Rey Docyogen. But one man will try to stop Ramirez’ dream to get the pinweight belt and that is Roy Doliguez, a 31-year-old fighter from Elorde MMA who’s coming off from a very impressive first round submission (punches) win over Leo Occena in August of 2011. The winner of this fight could catapult himself into title contention.
Another exciting fight that I’m really looking forward to see is a super fight between Filipino submission ace, Froilan Sarenas and a surging Australian fighter, Nicholas Mann. Both Sarenas and Mann are title holders in the URCC; Sarenas is the middlweight champion and Mann is the light heavyweight champion.
This is a very exciting match up because both warriors are always looking for a quick finish, as all of their fights have never been past the second round. I would personally like to see who has the best cardio between the two fighters, but I guess the fight will be over quickly. Either one of them will get submitted or KTFO.
Froilan Sarenas is a seasoned grappler, winning several gold and silver medals in the regional, national and even international Gi and No Gi grappling tournaments.
We had a short chat with the current URCC middleweight champion, Froilan Sarenas and asked him his thoughts on probably the toughest fight of his career to date.

I don’t know if it’s true but if they ask me, it’ll be an honor to fight in One FC.
MMAOrient: Any people/sponsors you would like to thank?
