Mark “Mugen” Striegl maintains his unbeaten record by submitting Mohd Al Hafiz at Malaysian Fighting Championship

Who can stop this guy?

Just a week before his scheduled fight against Marko Huusansaari  in DARE 2/12 on March 17, Mark Striegl accepted a last minute call to fight at Malaysian Fighting Championship against Mohd Al Hafiz last Saturday, March 10.

Striegl started the first round by firing a low leg kick, followed by a very successful double leg takedown. As usual, the Filipino fighter used his extraordinary grappling skills to control Al Hafiz on the ground. Striegl ended the fight in just 47 seconds of the very first round via submission (leg triangle choke).

Many fans considered this win as Striegl’s warm up fight for MAD DOG on Saturday for DARE 2/12. It will be an intriguing match up as two fighters aims to get closer to DARE’s one million dollar grand bonus.
