Legend Fighting Championship added another Japanese standout, Hideto Tatsumi to its middleweight division.

Originally an elite Judoka, Tatsumi felt that he had not achieved as much as he wanted to in his initial martial art of Judo, and saw MMA as a way to continue competing at the highest level of martial arts. Tatsumi proved his fighting spirit by making his MMA debut against a 16-fight veteran at M-1, and with the lessons learned in that trial by fire, he followed up with an impressive win streak – most of them by TKO – earning himself a spot on Legend’s roster. With his aggressive fighting style, Tatsumi is looking to make his mark on the Legend Middleweight division.

Tatsumi is set to make his Legend FC debut on February 11, 2012 in City of Dreams, Macau against a very skilled Korean fighter, Yang Hae Jun.

Hideto Tatsumi and Yang Hae Jun only knows one direction when they are fighting, and that is going forward. It will surely be a classic match up between two of the best power punching middleweights in Asia.

Legend FC 7 will also feature two title fights in one night. Yao Honggang will try to defend his Bantamweight belt for the first time against fellow Chinese fighter, Jumabieke Tuerxun for the co-main event of the evening.

For the main event of the evening, China Top Team’s Li Jingliang will try to dethrone Team MAD’s own and the current Legend FC welterweight king, Bae Myung Ho.
