Geje Eustaquio, Denver Labador and Crisanto Pitpitunge are members of Team Lakay, a well known MMA team in Asia for its top champions like Eduard “The Landslide” Folayang, Kevin “Silencer” Belingon, Rey “The Punisher” Docyogen, Mark “El Terrible” Eddiva and Honorio “The Rock” Banario together with their head Coach, Mark “The Machine” Sangiao, a former SEA games gold medalist and URCC champion.
Sangiao’s young fighters, Eustaquio, Labador and Pitpitunge is all pumped up for PXC 28 happening on September 26th, 2011 at the Ynares Sports Arena, Pasig City, Philippines.
Denver Labador is known for his “stand and bang” fighting style who loves to throw haymakers after haymakers. He is fighting for the first time since his KO win over Isaac Tuling on March 4th, 2009 in Fearless Fighting Championship 9 before joining the Philippine Air Force. He will make his come back fight against Olimer Celeste on Saturday night in PXC 28.
Geje “Gravity” Eustaquio is very methodical and smart when fighting, he doesn’t rush anything or make superfluous moves, he is just a fan of following game plans.
Eustaquio comes from an impressive win on his PXC debut against Rogelio Plomeda in PXC 26 on August 20th. He dismantled Plomeda in the second round by throwing heavy leg kicks that causes Plomeda to hit the canvas and was forced to yield and gave Eustaquio the TKO win. His next assignment is Davin Cho of South Korea, a well rounded mma fighter.
Crisanto Pitpitunge comes from a tko win over Alex Castro in PXC 26 on August. This kid is training real hard to prove that he belongs to the top featherweights in the country. He’ll be facing Jerry Cimeni on Saturday, November 26th, 2011 in PXC 28.
Team Lakay fighters never failed to entertain us because their fighting style is very unique and they are always aiming for a quick finish every time they fight.
So if you want to see some action packed mma fights, come and watch PXC 28 on Saturday at the Ynares Sports Arena, Pasig City.
