One of the fast rising Mixed Martial Arts organization in Asia is coming back to Macau when City of Dreams exclusively presents Legend Fighting Championship 6!
Legend FC released the partial fight card for their October 3oth event at City of Dreams, Macau. The Main Event will be a clash of the two Lightweight prospects in Asia between Australia’s Adrian “The Hunter” Pang vs Mongolia’s Jadamba Narantungalag.
Also in the co-main event China’s own Liu Wenbo will go up against New Zealand’s Sam Brown.
Liu Wenbo(6-4) is an MMA fighter coming out of China who started as a boxer, of course his strength is his striking but he does not come from a Sanda background like most of his fellow Chinese MMA fighters. He also won China’s Youth Boxing Championships twice then transitioned to MMA. Liu is always aggressively looking to finish his opponents quickly.
Sam Brown (12-5-2) didn’t got into any martial arts during his earlier years. Growing up in New Zealand, he gravitated towards Rugby instead, and competed in the sport throughout his youth. Karl Webber, Founder of New Zealand’s MMA gym called “Strikeforce” saw some potential at Brown’s fast work rate. Webber then talked to Brown and convinced Him for 2 months to train MMA. After that, Brown was on a roll collecting belts both as Heavyweight and Light heavyweight. Brown’s goal is very simple,
“I want to be one of the best fighters New Zealand has ever produced.”
Here are the fight card for the preliminary bouts:
